About the building.

The Loreen has laundry facilities on each floor, underground parking, storage areas, and bike rooms. It is a pet friendly and non-smoking building. For security, we have electronic monitoring and entry systems. The grounds also boast a large south-facing shared courtyard and child play area.

About the apartments.

This building offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Each suite is equipped with plank flooring, custom cabinets, a dishwasher, a large kitchen and bathroom, and expansive windows that take in the scenic views. The first floor units offer exterior exits to private patios.
