Marlene Mance.
General Manager
Initially working as a caretaker, Marlene was later educated by the UBC School of Business and the Real Estate Council of BC. She became a licensed Rental Property Manager in 2011 and completed the Broker Licensing Course in 2018. Marlene is grateful to be working with a company that is dedicated to maintaining their properties to high standard. She also values efficiency and the benefits of working with a small team.
Jennifer Wilson.
Building Manager
Jennifer joined the real estate service field in 2015 with 25+ years in the restaurant and retail management industry. Her academic training in critical thinking brings a unique and effective perspective to the scope of building maintenance and tenant/landlord relations. She appreciates the opportunity to foster the relationships that continue to develop through her position with this company.
Nancy Rosin.
Accounting Controller
Nancy has 30+ years experience in accounting and business management in the Greater Victoria area. Her past client base ranged from restaurants to shopping malls. This provided a wide scope of experience in client problem solving for accounting and tax issues. Nancy is thrilled to be on board. Go team RHMC!

To AES Electrical Engineers:
Bal Klear, his sense of humour, or at least that Bal understood mine. His knowledge is immeasurable on all things electrical. Our buildings are beautifully lit and state of the art because of Bal.
To Alan Powell Survey:
Alan is indispensable as we tackled air space parcels, rezoning, removing ancient restrictive covenants and overall whenever he was needed he was there without question.
To Keith Grant:
For his beautiful designs and knowing my love of gardens.
To Versatech:
Stephen Bailey and crew who deemed me my title “Fob Queen”, which I gladly wear. The buildings, our tenant homes, are safe and secure because of Steve, Chris and crew.
To Stantec:
James West, Ashley Adamache, and team. Helping create the “double double”. Thank you for making all my reports, drill rigs, testing a priority. Standing in and standing up in the pits with me. I would never believe getting a massive drill rig thru storefront doors was possible unless I saw it myself (at midnight).
To the Hub Insurance team:
Andrew Langley and Denise Hood, for coming through with all the needed changes and keeping track so I did not have to. This was a great help.
To Knappett Projects Inc:
John Knappett for being immeasurably understanding and only doubting me sometimes, not true, he has always supported the belief this is for working generations to find an affordable home.
Kevin, Bill, Pete, Mike, Dirk and the innumerable amount of dedicated crew at the job site and their office. Once I handed the site keys to the Knappett team I stopped worrying and started to enjoy the work load.
To CHLA and LHRA:
Sid Chow and Jackson Low, never doubting me on the premise of these projects and my very slim budgets. The quality and beauty of these buildings shines because of them.
They made me feel comfortable from day one and the inclusion of a roll of 1960’s Sweet Hearts at the table clinched the deal. Thank you to their team too and a special thank you to Howard Kim, who also understood my goals and my budgets, and for your calming nature, tolerance, friendship, and attention to detail; and Roya Darvish for your gorgeous townhome design and agreeing that a bubble bath is the great equalizer (also, you were right - the colour choice is the correct one)!
