EF Vancouver Island

In 2017, we were delighted to offer our first commercial lease to EF's Vancouver Island location, an international school dedicated to building a global learning community for youths and adults.

Location: Suite 101 - 1952 Blanshard Street, Victoria, BC
Size: 8600+ sqft.

RHMC customized this space’s interior to EF’s design and practical requirements. The end result is a comfortable, modern, and colourful space for EF students to engage with their peers and curriculum.

Lulu’s

In 2019, an Early Childhood Education and Care centre opened at The Aranza to support an essential family service in this community.

Location: 9824 Fourth Street, Sidney, BC
Size: 7,500+ sqft

RHMC manages this space in accordance with Lulu’s particular needs and specifications due to the sensitive and important nature of the tiny clientele.

Lulu’s was central to the development of The Aranza. It was envisioned by RHMC’s owner right at the start of development as an integral piece of the building.

Having raised children on the Peninsula, she understood the importance of having a community-based care centre for young children to explore, learn, and get creative during childhoods. And, of course, a place caregivers would feel safe and secure to send their most precious charges.

The design of the space is open, airy, and flexible; understanding the need of an early education and care centre to be customized the children who are present in the environments. Safety is also centralized, while allowing for free play as a core tenant to healthy development.

The team at Lulu’s works to ensure the centre is not only meeting but exceeding licensing expectations in order to provide the best services.
